Halogen-free enhanced flame retardant is formed of eutectic supper-fine powder of Magnesium - aluminium hydrate. It is composite material processed by organic silicon oxide molecular surface modification, it is new non-phosphorus environment-friendly filling flame retardant. It doesn’t produce harmful material during burning of substance material. It absorbs heat, harmful gas and smoke, absorb fused leftover and slower the burning or stop. There are serial models for option. Its fire resistance can reach UL94-VO grade or VW-1 in the condition of recommended adding amount.

Halogen-free enhanced fire retardant is non-volatile, non-migratory, durable ,good distribution, and high filling volume in the substrates.

The terminal products has good processability, physical and chemical stability and size stability.

It is applicable to process high rigidity, high distribution and high fluidity products in substrates of epoxy resin, polyacrylic resin, EVA, PA, PBT, PET, PE, PVC,PU, silicon rubber, polyolefin rubber.
