Product Overview
1.Description
The refractoriness of calcined kaolin is 1770-1790 ℃. Has high whiteness, soft texture, easy dispersion, good suspension, good plasticity, high adhesion, and excellent electrical insulation performance; Has good acid resistance and solubility, low cation exchange capacity, good fire resistance and other physical and chemical properties. Therefore, it has become an essential mineral raw material for dozens of industries such as papermaking, ceramics, rubber, chemicals, coatings, pharmaceuticals, and national defense.

Product features
3.Product features
Kaolin can increase the glass transition temperature, tensile strength and modulus, as well as insulation performance in plastics.
The main technical indicators such as tensile strength, elongation at break, and permanent deformation at break of rubber pipes produced by using kaolin fine powder instead of light calcium in rubber can meet the relevant standard requirements. Adding kaolin to the rubber material is easy to mix and facilitates the dispersion of carbon black in the material, resulting in a fine and smooth surface of the finished product.
The main function of kaolin in coatings is as a filler and colorant substitute, because it has chemical inertness, high coverage ability, ideal flowability and suspension, low cost, white color and other characteristics, which can reduce the demand for expensive dyes, improve the hardness and quality of coatings.
